-Texture Assigning: The program now checks for what costume you're editing for the part, and presents to you the list of textures assigned to use for that costume. From this list you can now assign a texture to your part.
-Texture Loading: Loads a texture from a file path. Simple stuff, but I hadn't gotten around to implementing it yet.
-Anchor Point System: Got the anchor point system working. Made the texture, which has borked colors due to my project setup. Gonna put that on the top of my list to fix. Still, it works perfectly fine, other than the fact that I have yet to code the hotkeys to actually move them. Also that crappy font.
